It is an Asian style luscious tortilla filled sandwich which is also known as \"Paratha\" in Asia. It is mouth-watering crispy and moist in taste and gives a perfect goldish-brown color after frying. It can also be made by a variety of sweet, chili and spicy filling. It is a caloric dense food and Asian consumed it in breakfast mostly with a cup of tea to give rise to its eternal taste. If you are going to try it for the first time I am sure you will gonna love it as I do.

Key Ingredients
Directions
The first step is to make a dough for the tortilla. (you can also use ready-made tortillas/paratha)
Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, white flour, salt, oil, and water. Knead it very well until the dough gets uniform and smooth. It should not be very hard and not very runny, but it should be slightly tacky to the touch
Now cover the dough and set it aside for 15 minutes.
Take the chicken and cut it in little cubes.
Take a bowl and add all the yogurt, garlic and ginger paste, black pepper, salt, cumin seeds and mix well.
Now add the chicken in the mixture and mix it well. You can poke the chicken with help of a fork. Let it rest for only five minutes.
Now add the chicken in the pan and fry it until the colour changes and all water and mixture dried up fully.
Take a hand full of dough, dust plain flour on it and roll it in a round direction. (you can also give round shape with helping of a rolling pin)
Now, apply the oil and cut dough from the center and roll out one edge and again make a round dough. Dust out some dry flour and again roll out dough with the help of a rolling pin.
Roll out another dough into a round shape and spread cream cheese, add fried chicken, sprinkle over required mozzarella & cheddar cheese and place another paratha dough on top and seal the edges with the help of a fork or pressed the ends of tortilla with the thumb.
Place Tawa on the stove on a medium flame and let it heat. Add 1 Tbs of oil on Tawa and place the tortilla on it. Now add 1 Tbs again over the top of the tortilla.
Fry stuffed tortilla from both sides until it becomes a little crispy and changes its color from white to golden brown.
Cut into the triangle shape and serve hot.
You can garnish it with mint leaves, spring onions, and chilli flakes
You can serve hot with mint raita, tomato ketchup and with a warm cup of tea to get maximum flavor from this mouth-watering sandwich.
