Divide the palm sugar syrup into two tall glasses as your first layer, then add a cup of ice to each glass, until they're filled to the top. Pour the evaporated milk into each glass for the second layer, until around 2/3 full. Finally, pour the final layer of black tea to the top of each glass.

 1 tsp Sugar
 3 cups Milk
 10 g Tea

Put tea in boiling water, covered for 15 minutes.

Pour in concentrated palm sugar into glass.

Fill glass with ice cubes.

Add in evaporate filled milk into glass.

Lastly pour in 80 ml of tea on top of evaporated milk. Do it gently so that the milk and tea do not mix too much.
